7th day: 06 Sep 2004: Roll-off roof support continued

I spent about two hours to pour the concrete - 125 kg were hauled around.

The back supporting strut. Note that my initial estimate of where the strut goes was off by 20 cm. Both holes were dug about 80 cm deep to be below the frost line.

Ready to mix the concrete. The exiting thing is: I have 5 bags of concrete, 25 kg each. I estimate that I need about 120 kg for the size of holes that I dug. Will I have enough? It is 19h and the hardware store closes at 20h. So I risk it and begin.

And here you see the rest of the concrete. That's all that's left! I did not have to go to the hardware store.

And a lesson learnt: When putting wood together, make sure you remove all items you want to remove before you can't reach the screw any more.
